After this discussion, I realized that what I thought I wanted wasn't the best choice for our new build. I'm so thankful that Chris took the time in that first visit so I didn't wind up with a product that would be a heartbreak later. The attention to customer service didn't end there, Chris walked around the site with me and helped me pick out a beautiful granite selection for multiple spots in our new home.
